'Finding Felicity' ENCORE: Ep. 20 – 'Connections' (Or, 'Felicity is a Terrible Boss')
Welcome to Finding Felicity, a podcast about life, love, and growing up – no matter how old you are – through the lens of the J.J. Abrams/Matt Reeves hit TV show, Felicity.
Finding Felicity launched in September 2018 to mark the 20th Anniversary of Felicity, the hit J.J. Abrams/Matt Reeves TV show that made Keri Russell a star. The original 32 episodes of the podcast were released between September 2018 and October 2020.
Episode 20 of Finding Felicity is titled Connections (Or, Felicity Is a Terrible Boss), because…well…she is! But don’t worry, she’s not the only one. Abby is a terrible boss for leaving Felicity in charge of Dean and Deluca and having her fire a terrible employee. Noel is, and has always been, a terrible RA. And Professor McGrath…uuuuuugh. There isn’t enough eyeroll in the world.
Sisters of Sci-Fi host L. Stephanie Tait joins Teresa for this episode as they talk about the emotional labor of women, how terrible Noel and Sean are, and why Stephanie believes that, when you have a choice between a romantic partner and a personal dream or goal, you should always choose yourself.
