Team Pomonok: Evolving into 2026

I need to put my energy into Pomonok's infrastructure, and that means putting a pin in ongoing productions until certain workflows and supports are in place.

I had (and still have) big plans for Pomonok Entertainment coming into 2026. However, I made those plans not taking into consideration the mental/emotional toll that the current state of our world would take on my neurodivergent brain, the bandwidth new employment would require, and what I would actually need practically to implement certain plans.

In other words, I bit off more than I can chew, and I need to reassess.

Thankfully, it's only February. 2026 has ten more months in it that I hope to use well personally and professionally.

Here's what's not changing:

  • Happy Birthday Harold! is still in post-production, and remains an active project for Pomonok Pictures. 
  • ROBOT GIRL: Teenage Dream is still in development, and the intention remains for Pomonok Games to release the game later in 2026.
  • I will still be releasing monthly newsletters ‘From the Desk of Teresa Jusino,’ and subscribers to our paid newsletter tiers can continue to expect their updates. 

Now, here's what is changing:

  • Pomonok Podcasts is taking a break, and Finding Felicity and Scriptnotes NOTES will both be on hold for the next couple of months. I need to put my energy into Pomonok's infrastructure, and that means putting a pin in ongoing productions until certain workflows and supports are in place so I can actively produce individual projects again.
  • I'll be updating and building out this website to include more information, resources, and events!
  • I'll be updating where you can find Pomonok Entertainment on social media, as well as creating a mechanism for building a Team Pomonok community where you all can talk to each other, as well as participate in opportunities Pomonok will be offering to take part in community organizing and volunteering in Los Angeles and beyond!

To sum up, here are the projects we hope to launch or return to throughout 2026:

  • Finding Felicity (podcast) – aiming to launch Summer 2026
  • Scriptnotes NOTES (podcast) – aiming to launch Summer 2026
  • Happy Birthday Harold! (short film) – aiming to complete final film by the end of March 2026
  • ROBOT GIRL: Teenage Dream (visual novel) – launch TBD
  • Titi Terry (multimedia platform for children/young adults and their parents incl. videos, a newsletter, and a podcast) – launch TBD
  • Team Pomonok Community – launch TBD
